I stand with Montana

Today, the Supreme Court of the United States suspended a Montana law that has banned corporations from spending money in state elections for the last century.  The court did so without considering any evidence, even though the Supreme Court of Montana had recently thoroughly considered lots of evidence and concluded decisively that the law was needed to prevent corruption in Montana.

I’ve had enough! This is judicial activism at its worse, with “justices” who refuse to consider facts and simply blow down state laws at the drop of a hat.

I stand with Montana.  Who’s with me?

Update:  I see Jeff Clements is with me.  Who else?
