Proving a trend...

To tell you the truth, my cursory daily reading of the Post didn't ever come across anything dealing with Wade's funneling of money into her campaign chest, but it doesn't surprise me.

The woman got elected based upon the rules that she herself set through tactics such as voter disenfranchising and machine-rigging. Taking extra money into her coffers through "shady" channels just proves that a leopard can't change its spots.

Here's hoping someone actually prosecutes her this time around, eh?

WaPo asleep behind the wheel

The Washington Post really hasn't covered the Harris/Wade situation hardly any, aside from running a couple of AP articles recently.  It's a shame, because of Katherine Harris' notoriety and Mitchell Wade's role in the Duke Cunningham scandal -- this could be a huge story, if only the national press would cover it more.

Not the Unabashed Liberal Rag Some Might Call It

Yeah, the WaPo is my favorite newspaper still, but I'd just assume get my news through less traditional media... they drop the ball more than enough on stuff like Harris' dirty dealings.

Whatever, at least I still have my Sodoku in the Express.
