Murphy

Rep. Murphy seems confident enough in his innocence that he said in the Post-Gazette article he'd ask the House Ethics Committee to look into the matter.  I don't have numbers to base this on, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's pretty rare for a sitting Member of Congress to ask to be investigated.

That said, it sounds pretty clear that he violated Ethics rules.  I wonder why the investigation hasn't progressed more?
