Former California Congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham sentenced to 8 years and 4 months in prison for accepting bribes.

I'm just curious how he went to jail so quick and Eron, Libby and Delay, have months and years before they go to trial.  Is he a scape goat?

He pled guilty. Turned out that when faced with what he'd done, Cunningham had a conscience after all and finally realized it was wrong. Not so with the others.
