The topic of ethics enters the fray in New Jersey

It seems that everyone's favorite "E" word has come up yet again in politics, this time during the New Jersey Senate race. Senate newcomer Robert Menendez and State Senator Thomas H. Kean Jr. attacked each other over ethics and Mr. Menendez's record this past Sunday in their first debate. Menendez's United States Senate seat is up for grabs this upcoming year.
